This Refund & Cancellation Policy is provided by JOBX Group Sdn Bhd, the operator of the GoServis and TVETpreneur platforms.
We aim to provide reliable and high-quality service experiences. However, we understand that cancellations, rescheduling, or refunds may be necessary under certain circumstances.
This policy explains when and how refunds or cancellations apply for bookings made through our website or mobile applications.
1. Booking Cancellation
Before Provider Acceptance
- Users may cancel a booking free of charge before the service provider accepts the request.
- A full refund will be issued for any advance payment made.
After Provider Acceptance
- Cancellation after acceptance may be subject to:
- Cancellation fees
- Partial refund (depending on timing and situation)
- If the provider has already prepared or is on the way, charges may apply.
2. Provider Unavailability
In the event the service provider is unable to fulfill the booking due to unforeseen circumstances:
Users may choose to:
- Reschedule the booking, or
- Cancel and receive a full refund (for advance bookings)
No cancellation fee will be charged in this situation.
3. Rescheduling
- Users may request to reschedule a booking (subject to provider availability).
- Any changes must be made within a reasonable timeframe before the scheduled service.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds apply under the following conditions:
- Service was not delivered
- Provider failed to attend the booking
- Booking cancelled before provider acceptance
- Valid dispute approved by the platform
Refunds will be:
- Credited to the user wallet, or
- Refunded via original payment method (if applicable)
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Full refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- User cancels after provider has accepted the booking
- Service has been completed as described
- Dissatisfaction without valid proof of service failure
- Minor delays or inconveniences during service
- Changes requested after provider has arrived (additional charges may apply)
6. Dispute Resolution
If there is a disagreement regarding service quality, cancellation, or refund:
- Users must contact support with evidence (photos, chat records, etc.)
- The platform will review both sides before making a decision
