GoServis and TVETpreneur are platforms operated under JOBX Group Sdn Bhd, providing digital marketplace and business management solutions for service providers, especially TVET entrepreneurs.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, income, or business opportunities arising from the use of our platform.

We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice.

1. Platform Overview

GoServis is a service marketplace that connects customers with verified service providers.

TVETpreneur is a business platform designed to empower TVET graduates and entrepreneurs to manage services, bookings, and digital business operations.

Both platforms act as intermediaries and do not directly provide services.

2. User Responsibility

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Use the platform lawfully
  • Not misuse, hack, or exploit the system
  • Take full responsibility for transactions made

Service providers are solely responsible for the quality, delivery, and outcome of their services.

3. Products & Services

All services listed on GoServis and TVETpreneur are provided by independent service providers.

We do not guarantee:

  • Service quality
  • Completion time
  • Outcome of services

We do not provide support for third-party tools, plugins, or systems used by service providers.

4. Payments & Transactions

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.

GoServis may act as an intermediary for payment collection and distribution to service providers.

We do not store or process payment details directly.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to specific conditions:

  • Service not delivered
  • Service significantly different from description
  • Valid dispute approved by platform

Each case will be reviewed. We reserve the right to approve or reject refund requests.

6. Security

We prioritize platform security, but we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from:

  • Data breaches

Users are responsible for safeguarding their own account credentials.
